Nilton Francelosi Azevedo Neto

Holds a degree in Physics from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and earned Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science from the same institution, supported by scholarships from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). Additionally, holds a postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Big Data Analytics. Research focuses on the development of semiconductor films prepared by reactive sputtering and plasma-activated liquids. Experienced in material characterization techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, high-resolution X-ray diffraction using synchrotron radiation, UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. In the field of Information Technology, possesses expertise in algorithm development using Python, data science, neural networks, and database management with MySQL. Has over 10 years of teaching experience, lecturing in Physics at public and private high schools, technical education institutions, and colleges. In academic management, served as coordinator for the NOVOTEC program at Centro Paula Souza and for the Systems Development course within the Articulation of Secondary and College Education Project (AMS) at the College of Technology of Bauru. Currently serves as a specialist evaluator for the State Education Council of São Paulo, focusing on Physics and Materials Engineering, and serves as a reviewer for the journals Thin Solid Films, Chemical Physics Letters, and Surface Coatings Technology. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Semiconductor Films Laboratory at the College of Sciences, UNESP Bauru. Currently, is a researcher at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), supported by a grant from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), under the supervision of Dr. Rodrigo Sávio Pessoa. Maintains scientific collaborations with the Faculty of Technology of Bauru, São Paulo State University (UNESP), and the National Center for Energy and Materials (LNNano and LNLS).
