Cristian David Guerrero Mendez

Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Engineering Program, Universidad Antonio Nariño (UAN), Bogotá, Colombia (2022). I was a member of the Bioengineering and Robotics research group and leader of the Undergraduate Bioengineering Research Group for three consecutive years at Antonio Nariño University (2019 - 2022). I am a Master's student in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES), Vitória, Brazil, in the research line of Biomedical Engineering and Signal Processing (2022 - 2023). I was selected by the ETH Robotics Student Fellowship Program of the ETH Zürich, Switzerland, to support a research project at Sensory-Motor System Lab (2023) related with EEG processing during sleep. I was a visiting researcher at Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), Macaíba, Brazil, supporting a research project at Neuroscience and Neuroengineering (2023-2024). I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Campinas, working in computational neuroscience and artificial intelligence. My research interests focus on Brain-Computer Interfaces, Neuromuscular Modeling, Rehabilitation Engineering, Neuroengineering, Corticomuscular Connectivity, and Biomechanical Analysis.
