Graduated in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG, 2016/2). During the undergraduate program, he engaged in activities related to the disciplines of Fundamentals of Chemistry, General Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Unit Operations I and II, and Transport Phenomena. Worked as a scientific initiation student on projects involving the development of recombinant phytase technology used as an input for animal feed and the study of dairy protein isolation using supermacroporous resins. Co-founding member of the junior enterprise Rural Consultoria Jr, located at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences at UFMG, holding the position of Quality Director during 2012/2013. Has experience in fermentation processes, separation, and purification of bioproducts (upstream and downstream). Currently a doctoral student in the Food Engineering program at FEA-UNICAMP and a Mid-level Technological Development Analyst at LNBR-CNPEM, where he conducts studies related to the discovery of new enzymes for use in industrial processes aimed at replacing petroleum with plant-based raw materials in biofuel production (Fonte: Currículo Lattes)
