I was granted with a Scientific Initiation scholarship from FAPESP.Clinical psychologist working on Jungian approach. I have a master's degree in Education from UNESP. I am a specialist in communication in organizations and I have an MBA in Project Management (FGP). I am an Organizational Psychologist, working on all HR subsystems, teacher and Human Resources Consultant / Speaker.Performance in activities related to organizational analysis and development, human action in organizations, team development, organizational consultancy, selection, monitoring and development of personnel, study and planning of work conditions, study and intervention foucused on employee health.Passionate about human relations in the organizational context and enchanted by animals.
