Resumo

The aim of this workshop is to discuss new approaches in melanoma research. The workshop will also address the participation of solar radiation in the development of skin lesions and new insights on the prevention of these lesions. Novel perspectives in melanoma treatment will make part of the program. Aspects of the pathophysiology of these process will be presented followed by perspectives in the prevention and therapeutics. This conference will also focus on the use of new biological models of skin human cancer that may be used to understand the causes and the development of this disease. (AU)
