(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing mucoadhesive membranes of alginate and PEO nanofibres crosslinked twice. In addition, the present invention relates to mucoadhesive membranes of alginate and PEO nanofibres crosslinked twice and produced by the claimed method. These membranes are highly adhesive membranes of alginate and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) produced by electrospinning and crosslinked by spraying with CaCl2 and chitosan. Moreover, these membranes are useful for releasing active principles through mucous membranes and in situ.
