(EN) INTERACTIVE MAX-TREE VISUALISATION METHOD, TOOL AND USE THEREOF

(EN) The present invention relates to an interactive max-tree visualisation method and tool that enable the user to browse the max-tree nodes, visualise its connected components and create subsets. The proposed representation shows a simplified max-tree, using a dendrogram structure, but enables the user to access all the nodes of the original max-tree using the interactive browsing functions thereof. This technique can be applied to tasks of attribute analysis, segmentation, filtering and collection of training samples.
