Resumo

The aim of this study is to understand the benefits of nD model as regards the projects coordination and their implications to information management, decision-making team, data sheets generation, schedule implementation, etc. This paper contents a review based on bibliography and on tutorial practice experience. Better understanding of the need to change design identifies how BIM application can dynamically change design management. (AU)
