Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition of lignocellulolytic enzymes comprising a superoxide dismutase, to a method for enzymatically converting lignocellulosic material with this composition, and to an expression vector for the superoxide dismutase. The present invention can be used in methods for utilising lignocellulosic material, such as the production of second generation ethanol or other byproducts of high value.
