Resumo
(EN) The invention relates to a so-called X-PEI kit for cell transfection and to a method that uses the kit. The kit comprises polyethylene imine (PEI) and ciclopirox olamine (CPX). This technology has uses in the biotechnological fields, more specifically in the fields of cellular and molecular biology. The X-PEI kit intensifies the transfection activity of the conventional method, making its use more advantageous, as far as its safety, experimental compatibility and low cost are concerned.
