Resumo

Implementação das técnicas de fronteira em espectrometria de massas, para a detecção, monitoramento de purificação e seqüenciamento de peptídeos biologicamente ativos, extraídos de peçonhas de vespas sociais e solitárias. Serão implementadas técnicas de espectrometria de massas seqüencial (principalmente onde as toxinas se encontram em concentrações muito baixas (nano e fento molar), utilizando para isso os equipamentos ESI-triplo quandrupolar e Q-ToF2 Serão obtidas seqüências primarias dos componentes dos peptídeos e o serão sintetizados em fase sólida. Serão feitos testes de atividade biológicas das toxinas de peçonhas. (AU)
