The agreement with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina (MINCyT) and the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, aims at establishing the conditions for the LLAMA (Large Latin-American Millimetric Array) project implementation, a radio telescope for millimeter and submillimeter waves, to be set at the northwestern Argentina, in order to improve joint research in radio astronomy.
