The agreement with the Fundação Sistema Estadual de Análise de Dados (Seade) aims to encourage the development of research projects with high scientific, social and economic impact, and that make use of Fundação Seade databases. Projects must be led by researchers from higher education and research institutions, public or private, from the State of São Paulo.
