The agreement with The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) aims at promoting collaborative research between researchers in Africa and in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, on utilization of the bioenergy resources on sustainable grounds, such as energy and food securities, and the achievement of social inclusiveness.
