Abstract

The present invention consists of a fluid sampling system present in the pores of rocks that meets the purge and low flow sampling conditions (ABNT NBR-15.847 /2010), sampling point depth measurements, piezometric potential, washing fluids, backwashing, remediation, testing, etc. That is, it fully meets the purging and sampling standard. The sampling system is compact, lightweight and independent and can have one or several samplers installed in a single well, configuring multi-level monitoring wells. Even with a single sampler in a well, the system has advantages because of the best qualities of the samples obtained by its high degree of isolation and low disturbance in the medium due to the small volume of purge, being an interesting alternative to the conventional monitoring wells. The mechanical model of the invention greatly facilitates the installation and execution of the well, both pre-filter and sealant placement can be carried out with materials already on the market. The superior facility in the placement of the fluid sealant material ensures high quality vertical sealing, since all vertical channels or pores of the well are filled uniformly and completely. Like any other high-resolution sampling system, the quality of the installation of these devices is a critical factor for their proper operation and must be performed by qualified professionals. The main advantages of this invention are: I) sim pie and reduced logistics at the various levels: transportation, storage, installation and operation; (II) installation maneuvers facilitated by the reduced dimensions; III) execution of the facilitated well, placement of the pre-filter and vertical sealing of better quality, larger anal space; (IV) more representative samples, reduced purge volume, no exposure to atmospheric oxygen and no introduction of sources of contamination; (V) measurements of depth of installation of the sampler and the piezometric potential during the purging or sampling run, automated; VI) complete compliance with the Brazilian standard ABNT NBR 15.847 /2010 of purging and sampling; VII) ease of reversion of the flow for washing, injection of remediates, etc. (AU)
