Abstract

Brazil is experiencing a moment of transformation, in which several principles are being questioned by society, mainly ethical and moral issues related to government policies. Transparency and seriousness in public management is increasingly necessary for people to have confidence in their rulers. The municipalities are the closest governmental organs of population and their management directly influences the quality of life people. At a time when technological development provides so many resources for Land Administration, actions are needed to modernize public administration. This project proposes the development of decision support instrument will provide better conditions for Land Administration, modernizing cadastre system and provide of information. (AU)
