Abstract

The LI-6800 (Infrared Gas Analyzer) photosynthetic evaluation system is portable, used to evaluate gas exchanges in real time, providing information on liquid photosynthesis, intracellular CO2 concentration, transpiration, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll fluorescence among other parameters associated to plant ecophysiology. The equipment will be used by professor / researcher, employees, post-graduate scholarship, undergratuate students and researchers from other research institutions. The equipment will be widely used in the institution mainly in the PDIP project related to process 2017/50341-0. (AU)
