Abstract

The High-resolution Scanning Microscope (FEG-SEM) seeks to evaluate the morphology and also to analyze the surface chemistry in electrodes applied to devices such as batteries and supercapacitors. As we will work with nanometric interfaces and our experiments are extremely sensitive to contamination and surface heterogeneities, a highly precise characterization is crucial to the success of the project deliverables.
