Abstract

The project proposes the enantiosselective shynthesis of indanes and indanones using C(sp3)-H activation reaction in chiral imines as the key step. The chiral imines will be prepared from natural aminoacids, simplifying the chiral induction compared to the use of chiral ligands. The target molecules are syntheticaly interesting due their biological properties and odorant behavior. (AU)
