Abstract

The project aims to improve the services provided to the college's computer labs through the acquisition and installation of a 10Gb interface to the servers and updating the VMware Software, which is out of date.The project will provide greater speed of access to software, user authentication and file sharing used by students, faculty and researchers at the college.The project will also provide easier maintenance of the virtualized environment and greater agility in creating backups.
