Abstract

The research structure of FMVZ-USP consists of 92 Laboratories, 4 Research Centers and 6 Sectors, allocated in its 57,920 m2 of built area. In order to be efficient and guarantee the projects financed by Fapesp on the right track, such a structure depends on constant maintenance and improvements. Thus, FMVZ-USP's Administrative Assistance, together with the Integrated Health-Ambience-Security Management Working Group, carried out extensive fieldwork to detect our infrastructure demands for our research facilities. These demands were sent to the FMVZ Budget and Patrimony Committee which listed them on a scale of priorities. The priority demands related to our research infrastructure are presented and justified below, to be financed with Fapesp's RT-Institutional resources. This proposal was unanimously approved by the FMVZ Congregation at a meeting of August 25th 2021. (AU)
