Abstract

This project evaluates the conception of PepROBÔ Titã, an on-skin Biotech-educated Platelets-based system for personalized dermo-cosmetics with active ingredients delivery. We intend to validate the regenerative properties that lead to improve, protect, and augment skin firmness and elasticity, and stimulates natural microbiota as instructive microenvironments for morphogenesis in the skin regenerative process controlling "inflammaging" events. Taking advantage of these hydrogels' unique properties, the PepROBÔ Titã encapsulates, and emits therapeutic cues at a regulated pace. Our platform allows to incorporate intelligent domains into the synthetic material, recapitulating the polymerization chemistry by summarizing the crosslinking chemistry and biomolecular characteristics of the biopolymer fibrin in a synthetic analog. Biomimetics peptides will be quantitatively incorporated and released into the target cells, skin fibroblasts. PepROBÔ Titã differs from other market solutions by its innovative approach using a unique Biotech-educated platelets platform, and by providing the necessary biomimicry for a topical/transdermal application ingredient. In addition, we emphasize that production of PepROBÔ Titã is "eco-friendly", organic solvents-free and free of products derived from animals; with rational use of water, ensuring biocompatibility and sustaining PlateInnove Biotechnology's environmental responsibility.
