Abstract

With the fact of the ozone gap in Antarctica and its indirect manifestations already proven in the South of Brazil, it is all the more important to establish sampling sites close to the tropic of Capricorn. The specific objective of the project is the experimental observation and documentation of the ozone layer observed by soundings and ultraviolet radiation in the region of São Paulo, by means of the installation of sampling sites in strategic locations. The secondary objective of the project is to carry out complementary measurements using the already existing infrastructure, principally of oxidizing gases in the troposphere. (AU)
