Abstract

In line with the guidelines established by FAPESP, this RTI Application Plan aims, above all, to strategically strengthen the institutional activities of Research at UNIFESP. The main actions will be carried out to consolidate the collective research infrastructure in the various laboratories, research buildings, and multiuser equipment centers and improve the quality of the central vivarium. Given the importance of multicampi and interdisciplinary projects, special attention was given to projects with these characteristics, always focusing on quality and potential for technological innovation, internationalization, and application of results to society. In the current context of UNIFESP, we have the development of several research projects with transversal and converging characteristics, with the collaboration of researchers, students, and technicians. Thus, multiuser research spaces need to be in adequate conditions for their whole functioning. However, difficulties and bottlenecks for conducting research are commonly observed and the use of RTI resources may help remedy these problems. (AU)
