Abstract

The degradation process is part of the life cycle of properties, and keeping its functionality preserved and functional is one of the roles of maintenance services. Hence, the general objective of this innovative research is to develop a multiplatform MVP, with white label API available for third-party platforms. It has a focus on professional contracting of general services in preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties, including training, validation, gamified evaluation, predictive analytics as well as legal and bureaucratic support, and the inclusion of complimentary benefits for the service provider. This research presents an applied methodology as well as field research, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, which is also exploratory, descriptive, and experimental. This innovative research is justified to serve an area that lacks this type of solution, and, in particular, that is focused on generating a 'relationship of trust of the various actors providing this type of service. In fact, it is expected to reach at least 1% of the national market within 5 years, after the beginning of the commercialization of the solution resulting from this research. Furthermore, this project will result in the constitution of the new Alpiste company, which should encourage the generation of work and income. As contributions to the market, the main difference of this platform is that it must offer communication with other solutions, services, and products as it is an API. In addition, the solution offers service providers a platform for training and constant monitoring of their qualifications, enabling better professionals and increasingly better services. (AU)
