Abstract

This project is essentially related to the understanding of (1) several electronic and impurity properties in non-magnetic semiconductor heterostructures, and (2) several magnetic and transport properties of magnetic semiconductor heterostructures. This project envolves collaboration with scientists of other Brazilian and foreign universities, some of them occuring for more than 10 years, such as the collaboration with the Physics Depts.
