Abstract

Since your implementation in 2009, the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FCA) of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) has developed important activities in education, research and extension in your interdisciplinary pedagogical project. Completing the education-research-extension triad, with regard to research, and consequently part of extension, the organization of FCA takes the form of Centers and Laboratories. With this structure, teachers are encouraged to interdisciplinarity and constant improvement, which reflects in the increase of funded projects and improvement in the quality of knowledge production with the ability to intervention, manage and plan changes and innovations for the public and private sectors . In this context, FAPESP's Institutional Technical Reserve has substantially contributed to the progress of research and advances in knowledge, as well as to the establishment of research groups that can only prosper with resources from funding agencies. Considering the characteristics of this resource, that is, the support for the improvement of the collective research infrastructure, this Application Plan is the result of a joint analysis carried out by researchers who generated the RTI resources for the FCA, within a perspective of use in network or benefiting as many researchers as possible.
