Abstract

Electric vehicles (EV's) are powered by electricity and are becoming a reality globally, including in Brazil. For EVs to be adopted on a large scale, it is necessary to establish a charging infrastructure, since without this, users will feel limited and less willing to purchase these vehicles. A current challenge for the widespread acceptance of electric vehicles is the implementation of charging infrastructure at points outside the vehicle owner's home. This project presents an opportunity to develop a portable device for recharging electric vehicles. A mobile recharge service for electric vehicles is proposed, where a module consisting of a fast DC type charger is taken to the customer, after scheduling on the website or application. In a first stage, the service will only be available in predetermined regions, limited to the range of the electric vehicle that will perform the service, offering a minimum energy capacity and reasonable charging time for the equipment to operate. The service will always serve the customer at any point he wants, giving the EV user freedom to go wherever is most convenient. (AU)
