Abstract

With this project, I request the acquisition of two high-performance personal computers, but with relatively modest costs. The purpose of this project is to contribute to the understanding of many-body quantum systems that follow Fermi-Dirac and Bose-Einstein statistics. Additionally, these machines will increase the productivity of the work I perform using quantum Monte Carlo methods. The justification for this request is based on the research program that will be presented throughout this project, where I emphasize the importance of high-performance personal equipment for its execution.
