Abstract

This research has the general objective of comparing the political-pedagogical foundations of the professional education system of "Paula Souza Center" with the State Schools of Professional Education of Ceará and as specific objectives a) analyze the conception of citizenship and quality of education in the professional education in São Paulo and Ceará; b) compare the theoretical-methodological principles of professional education management at the Paula Souza Center and the State Schools of Professional Education of Ceará. We will use three methodological procedures : a) Bibliographic Research; b-) Documentary Research and c) Empirical Research. (AU)
