Abstract

The project involves the acquisition of equipment and adjustments to boost research at UFABC. For the Physics-Mathematics group, the acquisition of two computers aims to improve the existing infrastructure, facilitating research in theoretical physics and physics-mathematics, as well as promoting collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Bologna. In addition, the project will meet the maintenance and expansion needs of Neuroscience's wet laboratories, with the purchase of a microscope and maintenance of essential equipment. Also, we intend to update the electrophysiological recording system in moving rats, benefiting several research groups. Finally, the project includes improvements to the ventilation and exhaust system in the greenhouse antechamber to ensure adequate working conditions. (AU)
