Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in various domains, including how science is conducted and disseminated. Faced with the need for social distancing and travel restrictions, adapting to new circumstances and adopting remote approaches for scientific dissemination, organizing scientific events, and international collaboration meetings became essential. In this context, the acquisition and modernization of audiovisual equipment emerge as pressing needs in our institution. These resources are vital not only to ensure the continuity of scientific and research activities but also to foster interaction and collaboration among researchers from different regions of Brazil and the world. Therefore, implementing a well-equipped videoconferencing room is a crucial step in expanding our capabilities for communication and scientific collaboration in an increasingly interconnected global scenario.
