Abstract

The Human Resources Program in Petroleum and Environment at the Federal University of Bahia (PEMA/UFBA) - PRH 36 was created with the aim of training qualified human resources at undergraduate and postgraduate levels to deepen integrated knowledge, addressing a demand in the oil and natural gas sector, with an emphasis on strategic issues related to the environment and petroleum. PRH 36 involves undergraduate courses at UFBA in Geology, Oceanography, Chemical Engineering, and Mining Engineering, as well as postgraduate programs in Geochemistry: Petroleum and Environment and Chemical Engineering.
