Abstract

The ANP Human Resources Training Program for the Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Sector (PRH-ANP) was implemented by the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP) in 1999, with the aim of encouraging the training of specialized labor in strategic areas that are essential to the development of the oil, natural gas and biofuels sector.
