Abstract
The present proposal aims to request resources for the acquisition of two medium-sized EMUs, which will be installed and made available at LaCTAD for the entire national scientific community: a platform for multiplex dosing of up to 500 analytes (xMAP intelliflex System from Luminex) and a platform for ultrasensitive immunoassays with biomarkers (Simoa SR-X from Quanterix). With this, the aim is to improve Unicamp's immunoassay and soluble protein quantification facility, providing a complete solution, since LaCTAD already has platforms for carrying out flow cytometry and ELISA analyses. In addition to allowing researchers to expand the possibilities of experiments by carrying out two or more immunoassays together, generating results with greater sensitivity and specificity. (AU)
