Abstract

The development of new formulations represents a significant challenge for Biological Control. In this context, the use of biopolymers stands out as a promising alternative for the creation of formulations that aim to reduce the use of chemical pesticides. This project proposes the development of innovative formulations based on biopolymers and nanocelluloses, aiming at the microencapsulation of entomopathogenic fungi through the Spray Dryer technique. In addition, collaborative activities will be promoted between UNIARA and CNRS, with the aim of establishing a lasting connection between the institutions. At the end of the project, both teams will dedicate themselves to data generation, analysis and publication of the results in high-impact academic journals. (AU)
