Abstract

The idea is to bring Prof. John Abromeit to Cebrap to contribute to the following research activities: 3 conferences on the research themes linked to the Thematic, especially with regard to research line I (on the interpretation of the first generation of critical theory with regard to the democratic crisis and authoritarianism). In addition, with regard to research line II, we will organize a meeting at USP on the theme of the "new structural change in the public sphere", linked to the democratic crisis and the emergence of right-wing authoritarianisms. John Abromeit will also participate in the ongoing activities of the Thematic Project during the period. (AU)
