Abstract

The project involves researchers from São Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil, and the University of Alicante, Spain. The collaboration leverages complementary expertise and techniques from both institutions. The project is funded by FAPESP (Grant 2021/05246-4) and Generalitat Valenciana (Referencia CIPROM/2021/70). Operando Raman Spectroscopy will be employed to monitor catalyst performance during reactions. Catalysts, including Ni/CeO2 and metal-organic structures like ZIF-8 and ZIF-67, will be studied for their ability to reduce CO2. Methods such as temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and advanced electron microscopy will provide detailed insights into the behavior of the catalysts. This project will promote international research exchanges, with researchers from both institutions conducting joint activities, including seminars and research visits, to foster scientific collaboration.
