Abstract
The project examines how Mercosur is integrated into Paraguay's foreign policy strategies and seeks to understand, through the lens of Small States theory, how Paraguayan governments have influenced Mercosur's so-called external agenda. The undergraduate research assistant will be responsible for building and managing a structured database on Paraguay's actions within the bloc, applying categorization protocols and conducting descriptive and exploratory analyses focused on key themes and priority agendas. The student will also develop data visualizations and analytical reports. In the end, the database will be made available in an open-access repository, ensuring the research's replicability and contributing to future studies in the field. (AU)
