Abstract

It is proposed to study in this work permanent magnets based on rare earth metal transition compounds (RE M3d) prepared by the powder metallurgy technique using the hydrogen decay (HD) process. It is intended to use the X-ray diffraction technique (pole figures) to correlate the degree of alignment of the magnets with the magnetic properties. It is also intended to use optical microscopy for the observation of magnetic domains. (AU)
