Abstract

The study aims to develop methodology to optimize the irrigation of beans, through cultivation coefficients, function of production and dynamic programming. Field experiments will be carried out to determine the necessary coefficients and to evaluate the behavior of the bean plant subjected to different situations. Through models the processes of costs and operation will be analyzed aiming for maximum economic production, as well as verifying the sensitivity of the crop to hydric deficit. The optimization models will make it possible to evaluate the optimum condition for the production of irrigated beans, by means of simulation the models will be tested for different levels of production and quantities of water applied.
