Abstract
Within the general objectives of the "grammar of spoken Portuguese into which it fits, this project seeks to deal with the construction of spoken text, from the point of view of its linguistic organization and inter-rational function. The central objective, however, is to make explicit the principles which govern the organization of the oral text, in its discursive aspects. It is also intended to set up an analytical and interpretive framework, still in existence, which enables the interface with grammatical treatment. It will describe the process of the production of spoken text in time of activities of the speakers, included therein, in particular, the strategies of speech planning. Among these activities, special attention will be given to the activities: a) illocutionary; b) argumentative (in the broad sense); c) of textual composition, including either the activities of formulation or those of reformulation of text.
