Abstract
Patients with childhood and adolescence idiopatic nephrotic syndrome (SN) who have been followed at Instituto da Criança of the Hospital das Clinics - FMUSP, with a minimum age of nineteen years old or pubertal Tanner stage P4G4 in males and Menarca in females, will be evaluated. A retrospective study will be performed taking as a basis the patients' medical charts with the aim evaluating each individuals clinical course, co-morbidities and therapeutic options that might have influenced the final stature, bone mineral density and bone quality. A prospective study with also be performed for a current medical examination and request of Imaging and laboratory tests for the evaluation of the bone mineral density and bone quality. (AU)
