Abstract

This project involves studies of "Orthogonal and Similar Polynomials" which have applications in many problems of pure mathematics and applied sciences. This project is part of the activities of the Research Group which is based in UNESP/São José do Rio Preto and headed by the proponent of the project. This project will also be part of the activities of the new Pós-Graduate Program in Mathematics of UNESP/São José do Rio preto. This program, approved by CAPES in July 2007, will function in both Masters and PhD levels. (AU)
