Abstract

The present study derives from reflections on the spaces that constitute relations between childhood, imagery, and the production of subjectivity. The objective is to discuss modes of production of subjectivity based on modes of production of meaning through imagery and through the elaboration of plots and narratives presented in images produced by children in the form of films and photographs. The methodology is aimed at seeking spaces for the production of images and meaning by a group of 4th and 5th grade elementary school children. The reflections are based on authors such as Giorgio Agamben, Michel Foucault, and Walter Benjami, among others. (AU)
