Dynamical properties of multi-gene models applied to the regulatory network of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Abstract

It is proposed the study of systems of coupled stochastic differential equations to model the behavior of coregulated genes composing genetic motifs in the regulatory network of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. (AU)
