Abstract

The real value of hs-CRP in clinical practice is still highly controversial and studies. Objective: Compare the value of hs-CRP in the coronary sinus and peripheral vein in stable and unstable angina. To test the hypothesis that there is a correlation> 70% between hs-CRP in the systemic and SC, in AE and AI. Methods: We analyzed 40 patients with CAD, 20 with stable angina and 20 with unstable angina, observing the criteria for inclusion and exclusion of both sexes, aged between 45 and 70 years. Patients will undergo clinical evaluation and routine laboratory tests and specific the hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-± in VPAE, Ao and SC simultaneously, as well as ECG, ECHO and cardiac catheterization.Results: We have the results at the end of the study, scheduled to last two years. Conclusion: We believe finding a ratio greater than 70% hs-CRP between the peripheral and central, in AE and AI. (AU)
