Traceability quality of strawberry produced in different forms of conduct

Abstract

Much of the productive sector considers it essential to use pesticides to ensure the yield of their crops, resulting in concern about the damage to health of rural workers and the environment due to the increased use of these products. The widespread and intensive use of these substances has led to several problems related to public health and environmental imbalance, including poisoning of farmers, food contamination, water and soil. The objective of this study is to evaluate the quality of strawberry in different types of crops and residues of pesticides as a basis for analysis of possible problems in its quality. We will analyze the unauthorized pesticides that were found in the report (PARA) Program for the Analysis of pesticide residues in foods of the ANVISA 2009, and allowed that part of PIMO - Integrated Production of Strawberry in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply.
