Abstract
The objective of this study is to establish current normative data for the Rorschach Method, utilizing the French System, for adolescents from the city of São Paulo, Brazil, in order to meet the recommendations of the Conselho Federal de Psicologia so that this projective method can be used by psychologists in their practice. The composition of the sample will consider 108 subjects from ages 12 to 18 incomplete, boys and girls, represented in three categories linked to the level of schooling of their parents, as well as other criterias of inclusion. A brief history of the development of standards for the French System in Brazil will be presented, and also details of proceedings related to the initial interview and the application of the Rorschach Test by psychologists from the Instituto de Psicologia - USP, who were trained for a year for this task, in order to homogenize the criteria and the evaluation factors used in this technique. The analysis of the data will consider the basis provided by a group of psychologists from the University of Paris 5 - René Descartes, which has also been applied in Turkey and Algeria, in order to compare the results among different countries. Furthermore, the data analysis will be supported by a professional statistician hired by the institution of the coordinator of this study. The final results will be presented in book form not only with the quantitative norms, but also with a dictionary and an atlas with the response frequencies provided by the adolescents. (AU)
