Abstract

The study of musculoskeletal anatomy is essential for understanding the function and biomechanics of the upper and lower limbs. Through the proper understanding of the basic structure that make up the various joints of the human body is that we can treat it and rebuild it when injured. The existence of regions whose anatomy has not been so well described in literature further complicates the ability to plan for the surgical practice. With the advent and popularization of the three-dimensional visualization techniques, the difficulties imposed on understanding the anatomy and surgical areas of the body as articulated knee should decrease, as we begin this tool to be further explored in the medical field. Will be produced didactic images of anatomical parts of the human knee dissected by our team using the technique of three-dimensional effect after placement of glasses with polarized lenses suitable for this type of effect. Through consecutive studies to master the technique and process of constructing three-dimensional images we published a scientific paper in an international journal indexed under the description of technique.
